Your brain
isn't broken.
The playbook is.
An evening for neurodiverse business owners who are done pretending they work like everyone else and ready to build something that actually works for them.
Reserve your spot Only 12 places. South Derbyshire. You built something real.
Somehow it still feels harder than it should.
- You can hyperfocus on a project for six hours straight but replying to one email has been on your list for three weeks
- You feel things so deeply it sometimes catches you off guard, including things that happen in your business
- You can't switch off. The business lives in your head at 10pm, at 2am, on a Sunday
- You've tried the planners, the systems, the productivity courses. They worked for about four days
- Your brain runs approximately seventeen tabs at once and sometimes crashes without warning
- You go completely all-in on the things you love, and completely blank on the things you don't
- You've always felt slightly out of step with the way everyone else seems to operate and wondered why it feels like they find it easier
You didn't build this business
despite your brain.
You built it because of it.
The hyperfocus. The pattern-spotting. The refusal to do things the boring way when there's clearly a better one. The passion that makes your clients feel like your only client. That's not a quirk. That's your edge. And it's time to own it.
Wired to Win is an evening built around you. Properly.
It's a pilot evening for small business owners and founders who identify as neurodiverse, whether that's ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, or anything else that means your brain works differently. And brilliantly.
We're a small group, deliberately. Twelve people maximum. Relaxed, conversation-led, with plenty of tea, coffee and cake. No PowerPoints. No awkward icebreakers. No one talking at you for two hours while you quietly check your phone.
Just honest conversation, practical tools, and a room full of people who get it without needing it explained.
Two hours. Here's what happens.
You belong in this room
We start by doing something that most business events never do: actually talking about what it's like. Not in a "let's go around the circle" way. In an "oh my god, you too?" way. Keelie and Claire share their own experiences openly, the brilliant bits, the hard bits, the bits nobody puts on LinkedIn. You'll leave this part feeling seen in a way that most networking events, courses, and frankly entire years have failed to make you feel.
Tools that actually work for your brain
Then we get practical. Claire brings her life coaching toolkit, specifically adapted for the neurodiverse mind, and we work through it together. You'll identify your strengths and working style, map your short-term goals using a framework built for the way you actually think, and leave with something tangible in your hands that you can use straight away. Not a workbook to file away. Something real.
Plus tea, coffee, cake and your people
There'll be plenty of refreshments and plenty of open discussion. Share as much or as little as you like. You'll also be invited into a private Facebook community where the conversation carries on after the evening ends. Not a support group. Just your people, in one place, getting on with it together.
No diagnosis?
No problem. No, really.
You don't need a piece of paper to walk through the door. If you recognise yourself in any of this, the label is optional. The experience is enough.
If any of that landed, this was written for you. Diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or "pretty sure but haven't got the paperwork yet." You're welcome here.
Two people who live this.
And know their stuff.
Keelie
I'm Keelie. Marketing consultant, business owner, and someone who spent a long time trying to do things the "right" way before I realised the right way wasn't built for people like me.
I built my business because I have ADHD, not in spite of it. The hyperfocus, the passion, the refusal to settle (the 17 tabs at any one time!!).
I've worked with hundreds of neurodiverse founders and I know exactly what it looks like when someone is brilliant at their work and quietly exhausted by everything around it. I see you. I am you. This evening exists because I got tired of watching brilliant people go it alone, not realising their so-called weakness is actually their greatest strength.
Claire
I know what it's like to feel like you're doing everything right and still somehow getting it wrong. To be smart, passionate and committed and still feel like you're running your business with one hand tied behind your back.
I'm a qualified life coach specialising in neurodiversity. I'm also neurodiverse myself. So when I say I get it, I really mean it.
My job on the night is to make sure you leave with something tangible. Tools that are built for the way your brain actually works, not the way someone else thinks it should. I'll be the calm in the room and I promise, whatever you're carrying in with you, you're safe to put it down for a couple of hours.
This is just the beginning.
The pilot evening is the launchpad for something bigger. Later in the year, we're running Wired to Win: The Winter Series, three workshops going deeper into the tools, strategies and frameworks that help neurodiverse founders build businesses that genuinely fit them.
Everyone who attends the pilot gets first access and an exclusive early booking price for the Winter Series. Details on the night.
Let's be straight about it.
This is for you if...
- You run your own business or you're building one
- You identify as neurodiverse, diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or "pretty sure"
- You recognise yourself in the list above even without a label
- You're tired of advice that wasn't designed for your brain
- You want tools you'll actually use, not another folder to file away
- You want to be in a room with people who just get it
This probably isn't for you if...
- You're looking for a clinical or medical service. Please do reach out to the right professionals if that's what you need
- You want to sit at the back and not engage. We're a small group and everyone matters in the room
- You're expecting a formal, structured training course. This is conversation-led and deliberately relaxed
A few things people ask.
